2. Scope
These terms apply to every order in the Le Tendenze webshop by a consumer. By ordering you accept them. If you order as a business (for professional or commercial purposes), the general terms of sale for business customers (B2B) apply.
3. Adults only
We only sell alcoholic beverages to people aged 18 or older. When ordering you confirm that you are of age. Proof of identity may be requested on delivery; without valid proof the parcel will not be handed over. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect the buyer is a minor.
4. Offer and prices
All prices are in euro and include VAT and excise duties. Shipping costs are shown in your cart before you pay. Obvious mistakes or typos in the offer are not binding.
To order more than 24 bottles, ask us for a tailored offer through our request form.
5. Ordering and payment
You pay online through our payment provider Mollie. The purchase is concluded as soon as your payment is confirmed; you then receive a confirmation email with your order number.
6. Delivery
We deliver in Belgium, to the address you enter when ordering; please check it carefully. Unless another term is stated when you order, we deliver within 30 days at the latest. If your parcel is damaged, a bottle is broken or the contents are wrong, let us know within 48 hours of delivery at info@letendenze.be, with photos of the packaging and the contents. We will then replace or refund it.
7. Right of withdrawal (returns)
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. That period starts on the day after delivery.
How? Within those 14 days, tell us clearly that you are withdrawing, by email to info@letendenze.be, with your name, your address, your order number and the products you are returning. You may use the model form below, but you don't have to. Then return the products within 14 days to Le Tendenze BV, Pruytenshof 33, 9260 Wichelen, Belgium.
In what condition? We only take products back unopened and undamaged in their original packaging, with all accessories:
- Bottles whose cap, capsule or seal has been opened or broken cannot be taken back for reasons of health protection and hygiene.
- Gift boxes must stay unopened and undamaged. We can no longer sell an opened or damaged gift box; that loss of value, up to the full price, is deducted from the refund.
Shipping and risk. Returning is at your cost and your risk. Pack the bottles securely and send them with a carrier that offers tracking; we recommend an insured shipment. If the parcel arrives damaged, with broken bottles or damaged packaging, or is lost on the way, we cannot refund those products.
Refund. We refund the purchase price, including the standard shipping cost of your order, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may wait until we have received and checked the products. We do not refund the cost of returning them.

8. Guarantee
You have the statutory guarantee of conformity on the products. If there is a problem, contact us and we will find a solution together.

9. Liability
Please drink responsibly. We are not liable for damage caused by excessive or irresponsible use of our products.
10. Complaints
If you have a complaint, email info@letendenze.be. We reply as soon as possible. If we cannot resolve it together, you can turn to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (consumentenombudsdienst.be).
11. Privacy
